The Panorama

Brooklyn Heights, NY

Architect: Gensler

Landscape Architect: Terrain-NYC

This 1.5 acre site was once the iconic Jehovah’s Witnesses Watchtower building complex. The campus conversion created three dramatic at grade public gardens and a series of retail terraces and overlooks with views of the Brooklyn Bridge Park and river below. Three entry gardens transform the daily experience of tenants and visitors to the campus while a large courtyard transformed into a pocket park preserves a forgotten part of Brooklyn’s waterfront history. Project completed by terrain-nyc landscape architecture PC. Maggie was the senior Landscape Architect on the project.
