For this project we created 30,000 square feet of unique garden spaces where the residence can retreat from the chaotic neighborhood below. The irregular shaped building and site created great opportunities for a wide range of amenity spaces. The entry garden creates an unexpected walk through a lush garden between the street and building entrance. The main terrace offers an open air gym, yoga lawn, outdoor kitchen and grills, lounge seating and a cocktail deck with panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline.
